-A minimum of six speakers to amplify the Voices, along with the necessary amplifier, CD player or computer to play audio files.

-A method of presenting the entire text of the Declaration in your local language for the listener to read (i.e. painted on the walls or floors, projected on the walls or screens, printed on paper to be handed out). As we develop the presentation / installation in New York, we'll be able to offer visual files for projection.

-A room or space large enough to safely accommodate at least 100 people.

- Your agreement to contribute at least 70% of any revenues raised in conjunction with this event to a human rights organization of your choice (this could also be you, the presenting organization).

- Your agreement to have a banner or sign at the presentation space and in all publicity calling the event “The World Voices Project" with the appropriate credits. A full list of credits will be provided by The World Voices Project and should be visible at the event either printed or otherwise.
